A recently completed $11 million capital improvement program includes a completely redesigned lobby, new outdoor esplanade, modernized elevators and new bathrooms on vacant floors. World renowned architectural firm Swanke Hayden Connell Architects were the architects of record for the redesigned lobby and esplanade.
An additional $2 million has been recently spent on retrofitting the main chilled water plant from steam
absorption chillers to modern efficient variable frequency electric drives for
additional tenant
comfort.
